The developers announced that there will NEVER be a Catalina-compatible version. So they have officially abandoned the Mac platform. Buyer beware!

I haven't used MYOB Software for some time now. I thought it might be worth giving them another try when I saw this update - and for $99.00 I figured they had made significant steps forward, for single operator/small business. But, this is NOT $99.00 - it's $549.00.
This is so misleading, for MacUpdate to allow such misrepresentation!

I noticed this software has a 5-star rating on MacUpdate. I clicked through to the MacUpdate product page, and discover that the reason this software has a 5-star average is that there is only one review, and it's 5 stars...and the account name of the reviewer is the developer of the software.
Is MacUpdate gamed that easily?
(Note: I am a paid user of multiple versions of AccountEdge, so I'm not against the company. But I also have enough years of experience with the software to know it is certainly not worth 5 stars.)
